We invite you to showcase your work with your team at the 2025 S.T.E.P. Summit! Project and research exhibitors will be provided a space to exhibit a poster of their project and share it with attending professionals. Interested project exhibitors may be eligible to receive discounted registration rates.

Are you an artist looking to support the community through your work?
We are partnering with the Fresno Arts Council to organize the "Moving Tomorrow: Art of Clean Futures Juried Art Exhibition," a one-of-a-kind juried art exhibition fusing creativity and innovation in the transportation field! Artists can learn more about the categories, prizes, and important dates and submit their final art pieces by visiting the FAC Call for Artists page below.

The 2025 S.T.E.P. Summit is keen to showcase innovative school projects, research, or programs in the field of transportation, particularly transportation energy. If your students or your schools are working on topics related to the below-mentioned areas and have interesting projects to present, we would love to hear from you about EXHIBITION or PRESENTATION opportunities! We also invite schools who have recently upgraded their transportation fleets to clean energy fleets to showcase their new vehicles at the 2025 S.T.E.P. Summit!

Poster Exhibition
Project exhibitors interested in presenting their work on a poster board shall submit their proposed poster designs with an aspect ratio of 3x4. Designs will be printed on a 36" x 48" poster. The deadline for poster designs is January 31, 2025. Poster design submission shall be sent as a PDF for ease of printing.

Posters will be printed, prepared, and set-up for display at the venue by the summit team. Exhibitors are not required to attend the event if they are submitting a design.
