Interior Designer,
NBBJ Design
I am a designer who is inquisitive, hardworking, and always eager to explore new avenues. Whenever I work in a team, I strive to have everyone’s voices and needs heard, because everyone has something great they can bring to the table. When I design, I make sure to think about the needs of our stakeholders, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and surprised. I love how design can challenge and push me to unique, unexpected areas of design. I was born in Los Angeles, CA. During my youth, I spent a large amount of my time exploring the arts and volunteering for community youth organizations like MoLE, the Intel Computer Club House, and the Rural Community Design Initiative (RCDI) in the School of Design and Construction, at Washington State University. Recently, I volunteered with the Seattle Design Festival to help share design with the city of Seattle. Working with people and communities on creative projects has pushed me to make a difference through design no matter the scale.
